A very popular concept Ford Mustang from a few years back was the Ford Mustang FR500C. The FR500 was a concept circuit race car in 1999 with a healthy 420 bhp and an equally healthy pricetag of $125K. Shelby and American Racing Wheels CobraEric Carr, VP of American Racing Equipment, inc., has teamed up with Carroll Shelby International, inc. to manufacture and market a new line of wheels fitted to the Ford Mustang under the brandishment of “Carroll Shelby Legend Series.”Two styles of wheels will be available under this brand: the “Shelby Razor” and the “AR427 Shelby Cobra.” (more…)

2009 Ford Mustang GT-R (GT500KR)

Back in 1968. Ford released the Ford Mustang GT500KR model signifying the Mustang as the “King of the Road” in this edition. The K-code Mustang is one of the most powerful models ever produced and rumo has it that Ford is bringing back the K-code in 2008 or 2009 to compete with more expensive, more powerful muscle cars.
